What we collect

- Correspondence: messages you send to us by email.
- Technical basics: the pages you visit on this site and the device type used, collected in aggregate.
Online payment is not connected. This site does not collect card details, process payments or send card information to a payment provider.
Why we use it
- To pack, ship and track your order.
- To answer questions and process returns and refunds.
- To keep records required by tax and consumer-protection law.
Who we share it with
No checkout information is currently sent to a carrier or payment provider because online ordering is unavailable. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and storage
This site uses cookies and browser storage to remember your bag, your language choice and your order history on your device. You can clear them at any time through your browser settings.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years to satisfy accounting rules. Support messages are deleted after two years.
Your choices
